How to Reduce Stress in a Few Minutes

When we think of meditation, what often comes to mind is taking 20 minutes to sit on a cushion with legs crossed with our hands on our knees.   This is not the case, as you learn  in this 2 minute video from Wild Divine, in which Dean Ornish shows how to reduce stess.
